It is a participatory process aimed at creating educational programmes that convey the area’s complexity and richness – not as a collection of isolated points of interest, but as an identity shared and experienced by the local community.
The ecomuseum is a dynamic, relational platform that goes beyond conservation to bring narratives, connections and meanings to life, including agricultural practices, artisan traditions, typical cuisine, social history and the climatic and geological events that shape the landscape.
Si.M.Geo fosters reflection on themes such as belonging, memory and cohesion. It offers immersive experiences, educational activities and coordinated cultural initiatives designed to welcome guests and actively engage both visitors and local residents.
